Agreement to terms
By using our Site or Apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User content (if applicable)
Content you create in an App is stored on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep.

Prohibited uses
Do not: reverse engineer; interfere with operation; use the Apps unlawfully; infringe others’ rights; or attempt to access non-public functionality.

Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content in the Site/Apps are owned by us or our licensors.

Subscriptions, free trials, and in-app purchases

Some Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play.
 

Billing & Management: Handled by Apple/Google. You can view, change, or cancel in your App Store/Play account settings.
 

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
 

Charges: Your account may be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
 

Free trials (if offered): Converting to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
 

Refunds: Managed by Apple/Google according to their policies. Contact the respective store for refund requests.
 

Platform terms
For iOS users, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and EULA. For Android users, your use is subject to Google Play Terms of Service.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site/Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site/Apps or violation of these Terms.

Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
